Debbie Rivers Named VP of Operations at Speedbuilder Systems

Columbia, S.C.—February 26, 2020— SpeedBuilder Systems, Inc. (“SBS”), a leading provider of SaaS solutions for the insurance industry, today announced that Debbie Rivers has joined the firm as VP of Operations.Ms. Rivers will be responsible for overall operations, project management, and client delivery for the company’s BindExpress® Suite of insurance solutions.

A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Rivers brings over thirty-two years of insurance and management experience, coming from ISO Claims Services, Inc., a Verisk company, where she was Director of Operations. Prior to that, she held various technical and management positions at Policy Management Systems Corporation.
